About Reliant
The person who explained the job is standing on your roof.
Reliant Roofing & Construction is a locally owned, fully insured roofing company at 856 19th St NW in Paris, TX. The crews are described by the company as highly qualified and trained, and a supervisor is on site for every job.
The company’s tagline says it plainly: You Can Depend On Reliant Roofing.
In the company’s own words
Over 30 Years of Experience | Flexible Scheduling | All Work Warrantied and Guaranteed
That is the line printed under the Reliant name. It describes how the company says it works, so the rest of this page sticks to what customers can check for themselves: who shows up, what they say before they start, and what the property looks like at the end.
How a Reliant job runs.
Four habits, taken from what Reliant publishes about itself and what its customers say back.
A free estimate that starts with a walk-through
Reliant comes out, looks at the roof or the gutters, and tells you what the job involves. Customers describe it the same way: everything laid out in detail, no surprises, before anything is torn off.
A supervisor on site, every job
This is the company's own promise, and it appears on every service Reliant offers: homes, businesses and gutters. Someone is standing on the property whose job is to see it done to your satisfaction.
One company for the whole insurance claim
After a storm the damage rarely stays on the roof. Reliant handles the roofing, the drywall, the paint and the gutters, so you have one point of contact instead of four contractors to chase.
A yard that looks untouched when the trucks leave
Ask a Reliant customer what they remember and the cleanup comes up beside the roof itself. The work is also warrantied and guaranteed, which is the line the company puts under its name.
“explained exactly what they would be doing before they ever started”
“absolutely nothing left in the yard”
The office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, serving Paris, TX and the surrounding area. Prefer to write it down first? Send the details and Reliant will get back to you.
